comunication is a problem ?

Every day we can see people who argue, people who fight. They fight for an ideea or simply for the pleasure to argue with others.
None of this will happend if we simply learn how to listen and how to say it clear.
Almoust all the time we speak without think and listen without understand.
Is really the comunication the 21-th century problem ?????
